I started taking treatment from Matha Ayurveda Eye Hospital kudappanakkunnu, branch since 2 years. After my condition got diagnosed i had approached allopathy but the treatment was not satisfied so as per my friend suggested this hospital and came here for the management. I got a very good and effective treatment for my eye conditions under the guidance of Dr P K Santhakumari Mam. Got very much improvement in my vision. I am very much satisfied with the treatment provided.  Now i had done my follow up treatment also. And the result i got now is very drastical improvement. So i am very happy for that. Thank you to the entire team here especially Dr Athira and Dr Heera. Other doctors and staffs are also doing their duties very well with dedication. My wife was suffering from macular edima and I was suffering from sinusitis and we got admitted to matha eye hospital for treatment. Dr. Shanthakumari madam told us to take12 days treatment . My wife had more itchy eyes and other problems with macular edima but on second day of starting treatment, itching of eyes completely disappeared after 12 days of treatment my wife's eye problem got completely cured, and my problem of sinusitis which was bothering me for 20 years also got completely cured and I was able to breath properly, . We express our heartfelt thanks to Dr shanthakumari madam, Dr athira madam and entire matha team. The behaviour of all the staff, doctors, therapists, and other staff here is commendable,. Matha ayurveda eye hospital is one of the best ayurvedic eye hospital in kerala and perhaps in India for eye treatment. This hospital is best place for those who are suffering from eye problems. Took treatment for my macular edema condition from Matha kudappanakkunnu for 15 days. My condition was very severe when I came here, my right eye vision was very poor and took 3 injections also but no improvement and then also they suggested injections so came here for better management. Now my vision in right eye is getting better and even the left eye vision is very much improved and having no problem in vision now. I am very much satisfied in the treatment given here. Dr P k santhakumari mam is very dedicated and her entire team members Dr Athira, Dr Heera specially they are very talented and loving towards everyone. I am Yuvaraj from Pondicherry, age about 62 years came to know this divine hospital through one of my friend.This hospital is wel maintained and well equipped in all aspects. The food given is a balanced diet for all age groups. All staffs are naturally caring to do all things for the betterment of the patients. As per my knowledge all patients go with fully satisfied Ayurvedic treatment. My problem was that of blurred vision in right eye.I could only read upto 5th line in the vision test. But after the treatment I am able to read the whole 7 lines. We brought my 85-year-old mother to Matha Ayurveda Eye Hospital ,Kudappanakunnu, Thiruvananthapuram, after her vision began to deteriorate, even though she had undergone cataract surgery in both eyes at an allopathy hospital 10 years ago. When we consulted the same hospital again, they recommended injections to boost the eye nerves.
In the meantime, we heard about Matha Ayurveda Eye Hospital in Kudappanakunnu. Upon arriving here, Dr. Shantakumari thoroughly evaluated my mother and recommended a two-week stay for traditional therapies and Ayurvedic medicines. Today marks the 11th day of her treatment, and we are already noticing gradual improvement in her vision.

We are deeply grateful to all the doctors & paramedical staff  and also the administrative staff for their friendly approach, unwavering support, and dedicated care. The hospital provides a homely atmosphere with clean rooms and nutritious food, ensuring comfort throughout the treatment process.

It was a very nice and a very piecfull time when i went there for a treatment expetialy the doctors and the staff physicians were very friendly and kind enough to help me out in completing the treatment course ,I want to conclude that I was fully satisfied with their treatment approach and their politeness

One special for which am happy that the prayer that the hospital conduct which I didn't see in any other hospitals through out my whole life, not only that they even include the patients participation which made me more amazed,
It must the practice for every hospitals to conduct prayers in the morning also try to incled the patients participation which i take as a very special and positive approach any i pray for all the staff who are whole hearted dedication

Excellent experience at Matha Ayurveda Eye Hospital  - Kudappanakunnu

We were here for my mother's Macular degenerative problem. All the allopathy doctors gave us red flag. My mother lost the hope . But thank god we came across Matha Ayurvedic eye hospital and got the treatment for it.

Excellent hospital. Doctors here are very knowledgeable and professional.  They are really humble and ready to resolve all doubts. They focus on patient's smallest reaction like sneezing / coughing/itching and take action instantly.

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin/reception support was also good from the date of admission to discharge.

The atmosphere of hospital was very peaceful,fresh, clean and positive. Hospital was well organised and everyone working in the hospital treats patients with care.
Also no being a north Indian we faced no communication or food issues.

I rarely write such big review, but the treatment and hospitality received will definitely make anyone to write.
From the moment I stepped into this hospital for my mother eye treatment after having discussion with DR PK Santhakumari, it was clear that I was in the hands of someone who combines deep-rooted knowledge and experience. She takes time to listen to everything and then decide the treatment and share with us.

Dr. Athira approach to the patient is very kind and humble. she will answer all your questions with remarkable patience. Her expertise was evident not just in her  diagnosis but also in the precision and care she exhibited throughout the treatment process. My Mother said ”Only seeing some of the doctor, you feel that, I will be well and cured soon”  -- Athira M’aam is one of the them.

Dr Heera will come regularly and ensure the wellness of you and she also explain thing in details and had patience and smile while providing you in detail.

DR Remya is the reason I am here and she was the first I had a consultation, after that she explained details and followed up and make all the arrangements. She is sweet and looked after  my mother and me, delightfully.

From the Receptionist Malini Madam the attentive nurses (Sreelekha Madam, Suma Madam, Mahesh Sir and Kishore Sir ) every member of the team played a pivotal role in making our treatment  comfortable and efficient. All (Deepa Madam, Jayashree Madam and Nandini Madam ) were always ready to assist with a smile, handling administrative tasks or treatment smoothly and efficiently. They will always make you happy with all their efforts.

My Mom vision is improving and floaters are decreasing, thank you so much all.

Done treatment from Matha ayurveda eye hospital for my macular edema condition. This is the second time admission as per doctors advice for my condition. I took injections more than 60 in one eye and 40 injections in other eye.
After that I came here for any improvement because after injections my eye condition was very much worsened and vision was also very poor. After coming here in first time admission I got good improvement in vision and in this second time it is going in stable.
This hospital is treatment oriented and every staffs here are excellent. Treatments are also excellent. Dr Santhakumari mam is very good and patient towards everyone. Dr Athira giving good care to everyone. Dr Heera, Dr Remya, And all other doctors are very good. The therapist staffs Suma and Sreekala is very much loving and caring for every person. Very happy to stay here. All staffs are very good in behaviour. Kitchen staffs are providing good foods and good approach.
